Martin Green, CHPA is an internationally recognized and award winning Healthcare Security Management Professional with over 40 years of diverse leadership experience within the field of asset protection. He has been working in security management within the healthcare sector since 1985. 

Throughout his career in healthcare security, he has provided leadership and healthcare Security Consulting services to several Ontario Healthcare facilities as well as assisting in designing security programs for many healthcare facilities across Canada.

He is an organized and skilled security leader with deep knowledge of security and emergency management issues at Acute and Long-Term Care Facilities. 

Martin has developed and implemented security programs and training material that are in use in healthcare facilities across North America. 

Martin co-developed the Emergency Colour Code system that is now in place in healthcare facilities across Canada.

Martin is also credentialed by the International Association for Healthcare Security & Safety, (IAHSS) as Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator, (CHPA). He served on the Association’s Board of Directors for many years and also served as the Association's President, in 2017.  He is a Life Member of the IAHSS.
